Delivery area

All Finvizo products are available to purchase and deliver within the United States.

We are temporarily unable to provide products and deliver services tocountries (or regions) outside of these ranges. Please note that APO, FPO, DPO and territories of the United States are also outside of our shipping range. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Notes:

1、After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 business days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

2、In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

3、If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at services@finvizo-official.com within 30 days of the payment date. 

4、If you would like to cancel a back-ordered item in your order, simply send us your request by email, we will get back to you within 24 hours on weekdays.
